All data on the used iPhone, smartphone, iPad or tablets that people sell to us are reset to factory settings and wiped clean. Of course, you are welcome and encouraged to wipe your device before sending!
Where do you meet me to purchase my Phone or Tablet?
In many cases we can come to your location if that is acceptable to you or come to one of our locations. In fact sometimes we find a good meeting place that is secure like a Starbucks or a bank.
Do you repair Phones and Tablets?

What do you do with the used electronic devices you buy?
We fix them/resell the used iPhones, smartphones, iPads, tablets or devices.
Do I include my battery?
Yes, the battery is required to be included.
Do I need to include my accessories?
We do not require accessories to be included with your shipment but if you do not have a need for them anymore we will gladly accept them.
How soon can I get paid for my Cell Phone or Tablet?
We can meet you the same day normally within a few hours of you making the initial contact to us. We will pay you cash immediately at the time of purchase.
Do you buy damaged or blacklisted Phone or Tablets?
Yes we do. We take a look at the problems with the device and make a decision of the value on the Phone or Tablet when we see it.
