Make sure you save all your data off your phone. You can save some of the data by storing it with an S D card. If you have an Android operating system you can also save the data on a G Mail account. If you have an Apple product you can save the data on itunes or icloud account.
Make sure that you own your phone out right. Some people forget that they have a contract with the carrier requiring the customer to keep their service with them for a certain term. Also some phones are financed and if the phone is not paid in full the phone can also be black listed and can not be activated again.
After you have taken all your information off your phone, you may wish to do a factory reset. If you wish we also can do a factory reset.
All information is removed before we sell your phone to someone else.
Please bring all your accessories if available including the original box.
Please remove all PIN’s, passwords including icloud user names and passwords.
